Over the next 21 days, you'll have the opportunity to spin, stretch, flow, dance and more!

We've plotted out recommended workouts for each day so that you can try out different formats, vibe with each
instructor and have a challenging but balanced plan for the next 3 weeks.

But, these are just recommendations. You do you. Take the classes you want with the instructors that make you feel most
at home. Do it on your schedule, any time that works for you.

  • DAY 1: BRITTNY - 30 MIN RYDE + WEIGHTS

    Equipment Needed: Spin bike and light set of weights.

    What to Expect: A challenging but quick ride + arms series, set to upbeat music.

  • DAY 2: EMILY - 30 MIN PURE FLOW

    Equipment Needed: Mat.

    What to Expect: Explore the idea of 'opening' in your body and mind. This class is built around backbends, opening up the front line of your body + the peak pose of camel. This class is 36 minutes.

  • DAY 3: ALYSSA - 30 MIN HUSTLE & TONE

    EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Your body + (OPTIONAL) JUMP ROLE.

    WHAT TO EXPECT: A beginner level cardio boxing sweat sesh! Get ready to feel like a pro incorporating bursts of timed jump rope intervals!

  • DAY 4: MADDISON - 30 MIN RYDE

    Equipment Needed: Spin bike.

    What to Expect: Pushes in and out of the saddle, a fire playlist and Maddison's high energy.

  • DAY 5: MOJO - 45 MIN PURE FLOW POWER EDITION

    Equipment Needed: Mat and optional block.

    What to Expect: A challenging flow, designed to fire up your core and get your heart rate going. Build your strength and endurance towards the peak pose of hurdlers while simultaneously pumping yourself up for the rest of the day.

  • DAY 6: MICHELLE - 15 MINS FINISHER ABS

    Equipment Needed: Mat.

    What to Expect: You will feel every one of these 15 minutes. You'll toggle between work on your back and in a plank position and will work your entire ab area.

  • DAY 7: BERI - 30 MIN STRETCH

    Equipment Needed: Mat.

    What to Expect: A nice and easy full body stretch.

  • DAY 8: KAYLA - 30 MIN FLOW & TONE

    Equipment Needed: Mat, towel, water and light/medium set of weights.

    What to Expect: A full body yoga sculpt set to an upbeat, hip hop playlist.

  • DAY 9: SAV - 30 MIN RYDE W WEIGHTS

    Equipment Needed: Spin bike and light set of weights.

    What to Expect: Runs, isolations, pushes in and out of the saddle, a quick arms series and Sav's good energy.

  • DAY 10: NATALIE - 20 MIN BARRE BURN

    Equipment Needed: mat and light set of weights.

    What to Expect: A quick burn! Natalie takes you through a full body workout in just 20 minutes. You'll focus on arms, lower body and abs.

  • DAY: 11 BRIE - 15 MINS BREATHWORK

    Equipment Needed: Mat or comfortable place to sit.

    What to Expect: 15 mins of guided mediation + breathwork to help ease anxiety and lessen overwhelm.

  • DAY 12: BRYNN - 30 MIN RYDE

    Equipment Needed: Spin bike.

    What to Expect: A little bit of everything and a lot of movement. You'll be working and sweating the entire time.

  • DAY 14: ARI - 20 MINS PURE FLOW

    EQUIPMENT NEEDED: MAT.

    What to Expect: A happy flow full of heart openers.

  • DAY 15: BRITTNY - 30 MIN RYDE W WEIGHTS

    EQUIPMENT NEEDED: SPIN BIKE AND LIGHT SET OF WEIGHTS.

    What to Expect: A fast class full of runs, jumps, speed work, a quick arms series and a great playlist. 30 minutes have never gone by faster.

  • DAY 16: SAV - 30 MIN RYDE W WEIGHTS

    Equipment Needed: Spin bike and light set of weights.

    What to Expect: What to Expect: A fun ride, balanced ride with a fire EDM playlist, quick arm series and Sav's good vibes.

  • DAY 17: ALEX - 30 MIN FLOW & TONE

    Equipment Needed: Mat, towel, light/medium set of weights.

    What to Expect: An efficient, balanced yoga sculpt workout that will leave you sweating and feeling strong.

  • DAY 18: BRYNN - 30 MIN RYDE

    Equipment Needed: Spin bike.

    What to Expect: A 30 min cardio burst. You'll get lost in the playlist, Brynn's intention and the movement. 30 minutes will fly by.

  • DAY 19: ALYSSA - 10 MIN DANCE CARDIO

    Equipment Needed: Just yourself!

    What to Expect: 10 minutes of high energy and soulfulness. You'll learn 2 combos and will have a moment at the end to connect to yourself and the music.

  • DAY 20: KARL - 30 MIN STRENGTH & MVMNT

    EQUIPMENT NEEDED: MAT AND BLOCK.

    What to Expect: Mobility and flexibilIty training.

  • DAY 21: BRIE - 10 MIN BREATHWORK

    Equipment Needed: Mat or comfortable place to sit.

    What to Expect: A quick practice to recalibrate you + give you energy. This class is 7.5 minutes.
