What to Expect: This class is off the wall. This user friendly prop will give you additional support and proprioceptive body loving awareness. These stretches can also be done without the wall.
What to Expect: This class is focused on recovery whether that means allowing the body to get some extra TLC to balance out the demands of physical activity or simply an opportunity to drop into more of a meditative state through the body to quiet and calm the mind.
