  • BERI - 30 MIN STRETCH 5-30-21

    Equipment Needed: Mat.

    What to Expect: 30 minutes to be kind to yourself and to release any stuck thoughts or energy from your head and neck.

  • MOJO - 10 MIN STRETCH 5-1-21

    Equipment Needed: Mat.

    What to Expect: Short class intended to be completed after a class // you are already warm. Be prepared for a deep stretch.

  • BERI - 20 MIN STRETCH 4-24-21

    Equipment Needed: Mat, towel and optional blocks.

    What to Expect: Focus on opening. You'll be stretching the arms, opening the heart and releasing anywhere you're stuck. Enjoy!

    What to Expect: A soothing 20 minute stretch.

  • BERI - 30 MIN STRETCH LOWER BODY FOCUS 2-28-21

    Equipment needed: Mat and optional weights, tennis ball or something to roll your feet on.

    What to Expect: A lower body stretch, focused on myofascial release.

    What to Expect: A restful and relieving full body stretch class, focused on releasing parasympathetic tension that gets trapped in the body, especially the fingers and toes.

  • BERI - 20 MIN STRETCH 1-24-21

    Equipment Needed mat and recommended: a wall.

    What to Expect: This class is off the wall. This user friendly prop will give you additional support and proprioceptive body loving awareness. These stretches can also be done without the wall.

  • BERI - 30 MIN STRETCH 1-10-21

    What to Expect: This class is focused on recovery whether that means allowing the body to get some extra TLC to balance out the demands of physical activity or simply an opportunity to drop into more of a meditative state through the body to quiet and calm the mind.
