    What to Expect: An efficient, balanced yoga sculpt workout that will leave you sweating and feeling strong.

    What to Expect: A full body yoga sculpt set to an upbeat, hip hop playlist.

  • EMILY - 45 MIN FLOW & TONE 1-12-21

    Equipment Needed: Mat and light/medium set of weights.

    What to Expect: A fast paced class which will work your entire body. You'll start with a few yoga flows, followed by squats, full body toning, abs and cardio bursts in between.

  • ALEX - 30 MIN FLOW & TONE 1-5-21

    Air Date: 1/5/21

    Equipment Needed: Mat, towel, light weights (optional).

    What to Expect: In this class you can expect 30 minutes of work, focused on your lower body and little cool down at the end. Weights are optional, but 3s and 5s might be a nice addition to your practice!

    Equipment Needed: Mat, towel, water and 1-2 sets of medium/light weights.

    What to Expect: A quick yoga flow followed by a plank series, toning work and cardio.
