  • MOJO - 20 MIN FINISHER: ABS - SEPT 2021

    Equipment Needed: Mat and 2 kitchen towels.

    What to Expect: 5 ab moves, 10 reps each, 3 time through. All you need is 2 kitchen towels to use as sliders and the drive to push through 20 minutes of MOJO-style ab work.

  • MOJO - 10 MIN FINISHER: ABS AUGUST 2021

    Equipment Needed: Yoga mat, two kitchen towels (or paper plates) and 2 blocks (or books).

    What to Expect: Mojo will take you through 5 moves which you’ll repeat 3xs through for a core burner. 10 minutes is all you need!

  • MOJO - 10 MIN AB FINISHER 6-7-21

    Equipment Needed: A mat and willingness to work.

    What to Expect: What to Expect: 7 moves that build on each other for a quick but effective core workout.

  • MOJO - 10 MIN FINISHER: ABS 5-13-21

    Equipment Needed: 2 blocks and towels, sliders or paper plates, depending on your surface.

    What to Expect: Quick core burner using 3 core moves.

  • MOJO - 15 MIN FINISHER: ABS 4-15-21

    Equipment Needed: A mat, two blocks and 2 sliders (can use towels or paper plates).

    What to Expect: 15 minute ab finished with Mojo! This ab burner is an excellent finisher to any 30 or 45 minute class on the HUSTLE House site! Be prepared for lots of planks!

  • MICHELLE - 15 MIN FINISHER ARMS 3-20-21

    EQUIPMENT NEEDED: LIGHT/MEDIUM SET OF WEIGHTS. MICHELLE USED 5'S.

    What to Expect: Total arm burnout. You'll work biceps, triceps, shoulders, back and get a nice little cardio burst at the end.
