    What to Expect: Intro to dance cardio is the perfect class to start your dance cardio journey! You will learn Alyssa's go-to moves and terminology. You will start feeling confident with every step in no time!

  • ALYSSA - 30 MIN HUSTLE & TONE (JUMP ROPE) 1-11-21

    Equipment Needed: Jump rope, mat.

    What to expect: jump rope workout with body weight moves. You will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. Be ready to get your heart pumping!
